What you'll be doing
- Welcoming guests and giving them a great first impression
- Supporting restaurant, bar, café and event service
- Table service and food running
- Helping with bar service and drinks where needed
- Supporting event set-up and keeping service running smoothly
- Handling guest queries with a smile
- Keeping high standards of presentation, hygiene and service
- Following health and safety and licensing procedures
About you
- Previous Front of House or hospitality experience is preferred
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, confident and well presented
- Reliable and punctual
- Happy working in busy environments
- Flexible for weekdays, evenings, weekends and event shifts
- Driving is preferred but not essential
