The Role
You’ll be part of a professional events kitchen team delivering exceptional food for:
- Corporate events
- Private dining
- VIP functions
- Festivals & large-scale events
- Sporting & hospitality events
Duties may include:
- Food prep and service
- Running sections confidently
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown
- Maintaining high hygiene standards
- Supporting Head Chefs during busy service
- Delivering consistent quality under pressure
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous professional kitchen experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent timekeeping
- Team player mentality
- Food hygiene knowledge
Ideal:
- Events or banqueting experience
- Driving licence and own transport
- Fine dining or high-volume background
- Flexibility on evenings and weekends
