Start 2026 Huge!! One of the UK’s leading food led contract catering companies is looking for a Head Chef for a stunning educational facility in Oxford. You and the team will be creating modern, exciting and creative food for the pupils and staff from street food to fine dining. You will be working under an Exec Head Chef as well as other team members – this is the ideal role for a strong Sous Chef in taking their first Head Chef role where you will be given full support to carry out all tasks.
Head Chef Snapshot:
- Salary £45k
- Full brigade including a Head Chef
- 40 Hours (dependent on business)
- Start time around 7am with a mixture of different shifts Monday – Friday*
- 5 out of 7 main business is in the week
- Numbers up to 150 for breakfast, lunch and some formal evenings in the week.
The ideal Head Chef will have a strong Sous Chef background ideally from a hotel background or a high-end B & I site. Stunning property in Oxford. Huge amounts for progression with this company including Area Manager roles, Development roles and Operations Director roles. Weekend work is required from time to time dependent on business.
