Start 2026 Huge!! One of the UK’s leading food led contract catering companies is looking for an Exec Head Chef to head up a stunning educational facility in the heart of Oxford. You and your team will be creating modern, exciting and creative food for the pupils and staff from street food to fine dining.

The main offerings are providing breakfast and lunch and then a couple nights a week there is a formal dinner – but there is also potential for private events.

Executive Head Chef Snapshot

• Salary £55k
• Full brigade including a Head Chef
• 40 Hours (dependent on business)
• Start time around 7am with a mixture of different shifts
• Monday – Friday
• 5 out of 7 main business is in the week
• Numbers upto 150 for breakfast, lunch and some formal evenings in the week.
• The ideal Exec Head Chef will have a strong Head Chef background ideally from a hotel background or B & I site.
• Huge amounts for progression with this company including Area Manager roles, Development roles and Operations Director roles.
• Weekend work is required from time to time dependent on business
