  • 117 bedrooms and 15 meeting rooms accommodating from 2 - 280 delegates.
  • As Sales Office Manager you will be the first point of contact for event sales enquiries, and it will be your teams task to convert those into bookings.

You will carry out the necessary planning, making arrangements with the operational team to ensure they have everything they need to deliver an excellent experience on the day of each event.

  • Primarily focussed on the conversion of inbound sales (reactive), with a portion of your time committed to proactive sales and business development to identify new revenue and sales opportunities.
  • Forecast, budget and analyse the Groups, Meetings & Events business in the hotel and support the GM in planning activity to achieve budget.
  • Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
  • Working with the support and guidance of a successful hotel management company.
  • Mentoring, guiding, and managing your team.
