We're recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a busy, fresh-food kitchen in Lacock.
This is a great opportunity for a chef looking for a better work-life balance, with no evening service, no split shifts and alternate weekends off.
You'll take responsibility for your own section while working as part of a friendly and supportive kitchen team.
Responsibilities
- Run and organise your own section
- Prepare and cook fresh food to a high standard
- Support and train junior chefs
- Assist with stock control
- Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Ensure company food standards are consistently maintained
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Passion for fresh food
- Able to work confidently on your own section
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Positive, reliable and team-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
If you're a Chef de Partie looking to get out of late nights and split shifts without stepping away from a quality kitchen, this could be a great fit.
