A fantastic Sushi Chef job with live in, paying a package of around £37,000 - £40,000 has become available for a popular and successful independent hospitality group who are opening a brand-new restaurant in Haverfordwest around January 2027.
Depending on the level of your experience and leadership, we can either consider you as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie level.
The menu offering will be heavily Japanese inspired and we are therefore looking for someone who is highly skilled with Sushi. The group already have a very successful Japanese restaurant in the region, in addition to other restaurants such as Pan Asian and other cuisines.

Sushi Chef job with Live In (Wales, Haverfordwest), Highlights:
- Base salary between £32,000 - £35,000 based on experience and position
- Gratuity/ tips on top - usually around £5k annually at the other sites
- 45 hours per week, 5 days per week.
- Overtime PAID.
- Full time/ year-round position.
- Yearly salary review.
- Free staff food on shift.
- FREE ACCOMODATION / Live In available on site - just required to pay share of utility bills around £250 - this covers all bills including WiFi, TV, Council Tax, Electric, Water, Gas etc.
- Shifts fairly rotated to try and give you some weekend days off each month.
- Friends and Family discounts across the 3 Restaurants and Hotel within the company.
