We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a well-established business. This role provides both professional and personal support to a busy executive, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently, confidentially, and with professionalism.

Responsibilities as Executive Assistant to the Chairman:
- Business Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Chairman, managing a busy calendar and scheduling all appointments.
- Handle printing, preparation, and collation of business-critical documents and reports.
- Manage and reconcile expenses accurately, keeping meticulous financial records.
- Research and book business networking events, conferences, and tickets.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper for all correspondence and communications.
- Uphold the strictest confidentiality at all times across all matters.
- Personal Assistance: Manage personal appointments, travel arrangements, and ad-hoc errands.
- Liaise with property letting companies regarding payments and administrative matters.
- Provide support with household administration when required.
- Conduct occasional home visits within the local GL2 area to provide direct support.
