The Role
You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, playing a key role in service, standards, and team support. This is a hands-on position suited to a chef with strong fundamentals and the ambition to grow. Working hours are friendly by hospitality standards, with the kitchen team typically finished by 9pm.
