We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-known, quality-led gastro pub for a Junior Sous Chef to join a growing, food-focused kitchen brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Senior CDP or Junior Sous looking to step up in a supportive, well-structured environment.

Responsibilities as Junior Sous Chef:
- Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Be hands-on during service, leading sections and supporting the brigade
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and GP awareness
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are followed
- Help train and develop junior chefs
- Contribute ideas to seasonal menus and specials
