Overview Are you an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with a background in quality fresh food kitchens?

What You'll Be Doing Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes Working across different kitchen sections Maintaining exceptional food presentation and consistency Supporting service in a busy fine dining environment Following all food safety and hygiene standards We’re Looking For To be considered, you must have: Minimum 2 years\' professional chef experience Experience as a Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef Fresh food kitchen experience is essential Experience within AA Rosette or similar quality establishments is highly desirable Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred) Ability to work well under pressure Reliable transport or ability to commute to Wolverhampton Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants without professional chef experience.
