Join our team as an HR Administrator! Are you ready to take your HR career to new heights? We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Administrator to join our consulting team for 6 months on a fixed term contract. At HR Circle, we are driven by making small businesses great places to work. If you have experience across the full HR administration cycle or you are an administrator keen on gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle with a flair for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

As an HR Administrator, you will dive into the exciting challenges of HR, updating and maintaining our HRIS systems, helping with HR data and reporting and general office administration. Building strong relationships comes naturally to you, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities.

You will also provide administrative support to the HR consulting team, support with presentations and materials, manage onboarding and offboarding and general file management, and have the chance to improve our administrative processes. But just as important as the tasks is the person behind them. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about what they do and takes pride in their work. Attention to detail is essential, along with being open, transparent and having a can-do attitude.
