We’re expanding and looking for a committed, tenacious, and thorough Recruitment Resourcer to help us connect brilliant candidates with roles they’ll love. If you thrive in a busy agency environment and know how to keep pipelines warm and moving, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels
- Screening CVs and conducting confident, structured telephone interviews
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records
- Using Excel, applicant tracking systems, and candidate/client database platforms to track activity and keep data up to date
- Supporting consultants with admin, compliance, and interview coordination
- Building strong candidate relationships and representing our brand professionally
