We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual from a medical, healthcare, charities, hospital, NHS type background to provide secretarial and administrative support while playing a key role across governance, membership services, event coordination, and digital communications.
This is a varied and rewarding role within a small, friendly team ideal for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and purpose. From CRM and committee minutes to social media and website updates, your work will help shape the member experience and support the organisations wider mission.
Key Responsibilities
Committee Support
- Provide secretarial and admin support for Executive, Council, Global, and ad hoc committees
- Book meeting rooms, catering, and AV
- Prepare agendas, paperwork, and take minutes
- Attend meetings and follow up on actions
- Keep committee information up to date on the website
Membership Administration
- Manage the membership database (CRM)
