A luxury high-end interior design and architecture studio recognised for delivering refined, design-led residential projects across the UK and internationally. Our work spans the full design journey, from early concept development through to final installation, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, detail and beautifully resolved interiors.

We're looking for an experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join our growing team. You'll take the lead on luxury residential projects, working closely with senior leadership to shape schemes, guide clients and ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, boutique environment and enjoys contributing both creatively and strategically to a studio's ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead FF&E design packages from concept through to completion
  • Create mood boards, sample presentations and client-ready design packs
  • Source and specify furniture, lighting, finishes, accessories and artwork
  • Produce clear 2D layouts and internal elevations for FF&E areas
  • Manage FF&E schedules, budgets and procurement documentation
  • Oversee procurement, including POs, quotations, invoicing and VAT collation
  • Liaise with suppliers, makers and artisans on bespoke furniture and custom pieces
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers and consultants to integrate FF&E
  • Attend site and workshop visits; oversee installation to ensure design intent is met
  • Stay up to date with new materials, products, suppliers and industry innovations
About You
  • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or similar
  • 6+ years' experience in FF&E, ideally within high-end residential design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing luxury FF&E and bespoke furniture design
  • Excellent knowledge of furniture, lighting, textiles, finishes and specialist makers
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Estimac and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Confident communicator with polished client-facing presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation
  • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a small, collaborative team
