We are looking for a Water SuDs Safety Expert to provide advice on water safety and leisure environments, including SuDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems). Field-based, office in Birmingham, generous package and excellent benefits, plus the chance to make a real difference.

HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service client is hiring a Water Safety Consultant to lead impactful projects across drainage systems and aquatic environments, helping shape safer communities through expert consultancy. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working options. You'll be based within reach of Birmingham, with travel to client sites across the Midlands.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering consultancy on water safety and leisure environments, including SuDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) reviews
- Managing enquiries from internal teams and external clients
- Scoping new projects and identifying commercial opportunities
- Collaborating with policy teams to ensure joined-up safety strategies
- Reviewing and quality-checking consultancy work to meet service level agreements
What we're looking for:
- A confident problem-solver who can work independently
