What you’ll do Handle customer enquiries across Amazon, eBay, website and online retail channels Manage orders, returns, replacements and account updates Work closely with 3PL / fulfilment partners to chase deliveries and resolve issues Support product listings, website updates and recurring issue fixes Collaborate with Marketing on B2C campaigns and customer messaging Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email and webchat What you’ll bring Strong customer service background Experience with Amazon, eBay, marketplaces or eCommerce Confident communicator with great listening skills Strong IT skills (CRM, MS Office, online systems)
