A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-supported residential care service for older people. This is a provider that invests in quality, staffing, and long-term improvement, giving you the tools and autonomy to run a high-performing home.
You’ll take responsibility for day-to-day leadership, CQC compliance, team development, care quality, and creating a warm, person-centred culture. You’ll work closely with families, professionals, and your wider team to deliver an outstanding resident experience.
You’ll need experience managing a residential or nursing home, strong knowledge of CQC regulations, a Level 5 Leadership qualification (or equivalent), and a proven track record of improving or stabilising services. NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is desirable but not essential.
You’ll receive a salary up to £70,000 DOE plus a £5,000 welcome bonus.
