HR & Payroll Administrator (Part-Time, Hybrid) £25k FTE i.e. £14,286 • 21 hours • Edgbaston / Birmingham

What you’ll do:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately
  • Maintain HR records & systems
  • Support onboarding, contracts & employee changes
  • Handle starters, leavers, salary changes & deductions
  • Act as first contact for HR/payroll queries
  • Assist with compliance, reporting & returns

What you need:

  • HR experience
  • Experience running payroll
  • HR systems experience, strong Excel skills
  • CIPD/CIPP or equivalent experience desirable
