About the Role:
Are you a childcare professional with a passion for leading high-quality care in an OFSTED-regulated setting? We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for young people. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously held roles such as OFSTED Children's Residential Home Manager or Children & Young Persons Home Manager.
What You’ll Need:
- Level 3 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care Children & Young Peoples Services (or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing a children’s residential care home
- Strong understanding of OFSTED standards, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory frameworks
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards
- Lead, mentor, and support your team with consistency and compassion
- Build trusted relationships with families, local authorities, and external agencies
- Champion best practices in safeguarding, care planning, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain a homely, child-centred environment

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
