Head of People | HR Director | Senior HR Business PartnerPart-Time Head of People28 Hours per Week | Permanent Position£35,000 per annum (pro rata)£50,000 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)Hybrid WorkingFlexible working available: The 28 hours can be worked across 3, 4 or 5 days , including condensed hours, depending on what works best for the successful candidate and the needs of the organisation.

Our client is looking for an accomplished HR professional to lead and deliver their People Strategy, partnering with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, employee engagement and positive workplace culture.

The RoleAs Head of People, you will: Develop and implement the organisation's People and HR StrategyProvide expert HR guidance to senior managers and leadership teamsLead on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance processesSupport organisational development, restructuring and change programmesOversee workforce planning, succession planning and recruitment activitiesManage payroll and pension administration processesDevelop reward, recognition and employee wellbeing initiativesMonitor HR metrics and workforce data to support informed business decisionsDrive employee engagement, inclusion and organisational culture initiativesEnsure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practiceAbout YouThe successful candidate will have: Significant experience within a senior HR or People leadership role as well as dealing with discpline and grievance cases.

Proven success developing and delivering strategic HR initiativesExperience of dealing with D&G up to and including tribunal level.

Experience partnering with executive teams and senior stakeholdersStrong employee relations and employment law expertiseExperience leading organisational change and transformation projectsExcellent leadership, coaching and influencing skillsStrong communication and relationship-building abilitiesExperience managing payroll and pension schemesThe ability to balance strategic thinking with operational deliveryChartered Member or Chartered Fellow of the CIPD Level 7 or equivalentDesirable ExperienceDegree qualified or equivalentExperience within the charity, membership, public sector or not-for-profit sectorsExperience leading engagement, culture, and wellbeing programmesExperience supporting organisational growth and transformation initiativesWhat's on Offer?
