The role will proactively work within a group of business development professionals, selling properties, developments, and lifestyles near Exeter. The role may develop as the business grows.
You will need to have a solid career in new home sales, be it apartments or houses, ideally selling off plan. The role is based in Exeter, so if you have a good working knowledge of the Exeter, Devon housing market that would be beneficial.
You will be an inspirational and motivational business development/sales executive sales manager, who will take customers and potential clients on tours of the developments, managing all aspects of the sale through to completion. You will inspire others in your team to develop and achieve sales, as well as develop customer relationships.
You will be a successful sales professional and a team player, leading from the front, working within a sales team across various locations, inspiring and encouraging teamwork. You will be a professional self-motivated sales professional, building meaningful relationships built on empathy and friendliness with customers.
You’ll manage a database of prospects, track sales and marketing activity, identify areas for growth, and report progress regularly to the Head of Sales.
Experience:
- An estate agency, new home sales, new property sales, new development or apartments sales experience, selling off plan would be beneficial.
- Business development, customer service, and sales experience gained within a customer-facing, B2C role.
- Full UK driving license.
- Experience in delivering presentations to potential buyers.
- Experience traveling across a region, nation, or internationally selling properties or development or community living.
- Compassionate calm, caring leader with a proven track record in building customer relationships that have converted into sales.
- Commercial acumen and good sales track record.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Prior housing sales experience and knowledge of the local property market would be highly advantageous.
