This is an exciting opportunity to join an established firm that is currently seeking a qualified solicitor or lawyer. Due to the continued success and recognition of our Family Law Department, we are seeking a qualified solicitor/lawyer to join our Warwickshire team. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage a caseload and deliver outstanding client care. Ideally, you'll bring post-qualification experience or equivalent expertise in family law, with a strong track record in:
- Divorce and financial remedy applications
- Children Act matters
- Injunctive relief
- Advocacy and direct client representation
Experience in Nuptial Agreements and cohabitation matters would be an advantage. Resolution accreditation, Law Society panel membership, collaborative law membership, or mediation experience will also be welcomed.
