Are you a confident, experienced Resourcer ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced recruitment environment? We're looking for someone who knows how to source top talent, build relationships, and support consultants with precision and flair.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple platforms
  • Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
  • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Supporting consultants with shortlisting and market mapping
  • Using ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate flow

What You MUST Bring:

  • Proven experience in resourcing within a recruitment agency
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
