NRS.agency (Nationwide Recruitment) has a brilliant opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy, supportive and growing conveyancing team. You will run your own caseload from instruction to completion and work across a wide mix of residential matters.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload: freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, shared ownership, remortgages, new builds
- Advise clients clearly and confidently in person, by phone and in writing
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and key legal documents
- Keep files organised, compliant and professionally maintained
- Handle enquiries, quotes and diary management efficiently
- Build strong client relationships and support new business
- Stay updated with legal developments and SRA requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in residential property work
- Experience in conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and practice
- Familiarity with CQS
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Professional, confident and approachable manner
