What You'll Need:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care Children & Young Peoples Services (or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing a children's residential care home
- Strong understanding of OFSTED standards, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory frameworks
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards
- Lead, mentor, and support your team with consistency and compassion
- Build trusted relationships with families, local authorities, and external agencies
- Champion best practices in safeguarding, care planning, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain a homely, child-centred environment

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children & Young Peoples Services (or equivalent)

- Children's Homes (Quality Standards 2015)
