We’re recruiting a skilled Legal Secretary to support a busy Commercial Conveyancing team. This is a full-time, permanent role split across Coventry and Kenilworth, providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support including audio typing, document production, and case management (Tikit).
Responsibilities include:
- Audio and copy typing; drafting letters, emails and legal documents
- Complete forms and draft documents (with supervision)
- Support AML and client due diligence (scan ID to Tikit)
- Liaise with clients and professional contacts by phone and in person
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary / Commercial/ Conveyancing Secretary (commercial conveyancing preferred)
- Strong audio typing and document production skills
- Understanding of conveyancing procedures and legal administration
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
