Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with teams to optimise service delivery.
- Oversee recruitment, performance, and goal-setting for the property team.
- Ensure full compliance with maintenance and safety regulations, including Fire and Water Risk Assessments.
- Manage budgets, capital expenditure, and contractor performance for cost-effective operations.
- Develop and maintain policies to support strategic goals and ensure robust governance.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience in architecture, engineering, facilities management, or similar fields.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering results in complex organisations.
- Expertise in building compliance, engineering projects, and financial planning.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel.
