A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Manager to lead a well-resourced, well-supported 30+ bed residential nursing home for older people and those living with dementia. This provider is known for strong staffing levels, excellent support, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.
You will take full operational leadership of the home, ensuring high standards, strong governance and full CQC compliance. You will inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team, build trusted relationships with residents and families, champion person-centred care, and drive continuous improvement across the service. This is a role for a confident, capable leader who thrives in a quality-driven environment.
You will need proven experience managing a residential nursing home of 30+ beds, strong knowledge of CQC standards, a Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), a track record of improving services and achieving strong inspection outcomes, and excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality elderly and dementia care is essential.
Desirable experience includes NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD), service stabilisation and strong partnership-building skills.
