This is an exciting opportunity to join an established firm that is currently seeking a qualified solicitor or lawyer. We also have roles in other departments, so please contact us if you are interested in positions related to conveyancing, private client work, or commercial property.

Due to the nature of the role, our client requires a fully qualified solicitor.

Location: Coventry & Warwickshire

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Due to the continued success and recognition of our Family Law Department, we are seeking a qualified solicitor/lawyer to join our Warwickshire team. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage a caseload and deliver outstanding client care. Ideally, you'll bring post-qualification experience or equivalent expertise in family law, with a strong track record in:

  • Divorce and financial remedy applications
  • Children Act matters
  • Injunctive relief
  • Advocacy and direct client representation

Experience in nuptial agreements and cohabitation matters would be an advantage. Resolution accreditation, Law Society panel membership, collaborative law membership, or mediation experience will also be welcomed.

  • Surrounding cities and larger towns: Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Banbury, Redditch, Tamworth, Daventry, and Evesham.

Requirements:

  1. Are you a qualified solicitor?
  2. Have you got post-qualification experience?
  3. Have you had your own caseload of family law work for a firm?
  4. Have you dealt with injunctive relief AND experience of nuptial agreements?
  5. Do you have experience with the Children's Act?
