A fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious, award-winning luxury developer building high-quality new homes across the South West. We are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator who can convert warm enquiries into reservations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

  • Sell luxury new homes within a flagship premium development.
  • Guide buyers from first enquiry through to completion (off-plan experience ideal).
  • Deliver high-quality viewings, tours, and lifestyle-focused sales presentations.
  • Convert warm leads through confident, consultative selling.
  • Manage your pipeline: follow up enquiries, nurture prospects, and maximise conversions.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to support development performance.
  • Report to the Head of Sales and represent the brand with professionalism.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in new homes sales, estate agency, property sales, or apartment sales.
  • Strong B2C sales background with proven conversion results.
  • Confident presenting to buyers and managing the full sales journey.
  • Customer-focused, calm, and commercially aware.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge of the Devon / South West property market is a strong advantage.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office.
