We are searching for a high-energy Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and loves turning interest into sales.
- Work with a leading developer with a strong reputation for quality and innovation.
- Sell beautiful new homes and aspirational lifestyles across a growing portfolio.
- Use your experience in new homes sales (houses or apartments, ideally off-plan) to guide buyers through their journey from enquiry to completion.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences: tours, viewings, lifestyle selling, and relationship building.
- Work closely with the wider sales & marketing team to maximise development success.
- Report progress to the Head of Sales and contribute to the ongoing success of the development.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
Experience in new homes sales, estate agency, property sales, or apartment sales is essential.
- Strong B2C sales background with a proven track record of converting interest into results.
- Confident presenting to buyers and guiding them through the full sales process.
- Commercial awareness and a passion for property.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Knowledge of the Devon / South West property market is a huge advantage.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
