An excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager / Registered Manager to lead a high-quality residential care service for older people.
You will manage the home, drive CQC compliance, lead your team, improve care standards, and deliver outstanding person-centred care.
You will bring strong experience managing a residential or nursing home, a Level 5 Leadership qualification, excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, proven service improvement experience, and confident leadership skills. NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is desirable.
