What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple platforms
- Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Supporting consultants with shortlisting and market mapping
- Using ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate flow
What You MUST Bring:
- Proven experience in resourcing within a recruitment agency
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
