The Role
- Manage a varied caseload: freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, shared ownership, remortgages, new builds
- Advise clients clearly and confidently in person, by phone and in writing
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and key legal documents
- Keep files organised, compliant and professionally maintained
- Handle enquiries, quotes and diary management efficiently
- Build strong client relationships and support new business
- Stay updated with legal developments and SRA requirements
