Youll handle a broad and interesting caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, while working in an environment that combines professional standards with a friendly team culture.
What youll be doing:
- Running your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
- Dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages and new build matters
- Speaking with clients in person, by phone and in writing
- Providing clear, practical and responsive legal advice
- Preparing and approving contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents
- Keeping files organised and maintained to a high professional standard
- Managing your diary and handling enquiries and quotations efficiently
- Building relationships with clients and contacts to support new business opportunities
- Staying up to date with legal developments and maintaining competence in line with SRA requirements

- A qualified solicitor with experience in residential property
- Solid knowledge of conveyancing law and practice
- Familiarity with CQS
- Strong client care and communication skills
- A confident, professional and approachable manner
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
