This is a varied and hands-on role where you will work closely with clients to provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted HR advisor, delivering both operational and strategic support.
The role offers hybrid working with a combination of home-based work and client or office visits across West Sussex and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day HR advice and manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues.
- Support and advise hiring managers on recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
- Draft, review and tailor employment contracts, policies and HR documentation to meet client needs.
- Advise clients on employment law and HR best practice, translating legislation into practical, commercial solutions.
- Support and advise on organisational change projects including restructures, redundancies and TUPE where required.
- Deliver HR projects such as policy implementation, performance frameworks and manager training from design through to implementation.
