As a Tax Associate , you will receive tax training and have the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while earning extra income.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting tax interviews face-to-face and virtually
• Preparing accurate tax returns
• Growing business and increasing client retention
• Providing IRS support to clients
• Supporting team priorities through collaboration
• Enhancing tax expertise

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Experience in customer service or retail
• Ability to work 25-35 hours weekly during tax season, up to 40 hours during peak times

Requirements:

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Comfort with virtual communication tools
• Effective communication skills
• Meeting IRS and state requirements
• High school diploma or higher

Pay Range:

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour, with local minimum wage laws applying. Compensation may include incentives and benefits.
