We have a wonderful opportunity for a Female Support Worker(s) to join an established care team providing support to a bubbly and engaging lady who lives with her family less than 5 miles from Lincoln.

Our Client Poppy is a fascinating young woman in her early 30s who lives at home with her family in a small rural village, close to Lincoln. Poppy has cerebral palsy, autism and a brain injury, and can exhibit challenging behaviours. Despite speech difficulties, Poppy communicates well. She is not independently mobile and requires support in all areas of her day-to-day life including personal care.

Poppy is a bright and engaging young woman with many interests and enjoys spending time accessing her hobbies and interests with the support of her care team. It can take Poppy a little while to get to know people and it is essential that this is at Poppy's pace; however, once she is familiar with you, you will enjoy her bubbly, fun and cheeky character. Interests she is hoping to plan more days out over coming months include bingo, visiting coffee shops, going out for walks and going shopping.
