Ever been told you’re ridiculously organised? Do you secretly love a checklist, thrive on being busy, and get a strange satisfaction from everything being just right? Good. You might be exactly who we’re looking for.

About the Role

Welcome to HR180 - where no two days are the same, and “quiet day” isn’t really in our vocabulary. As our HR Support Administrator, you’ll be the engine room behind a busy team of HR Advisors and Partners, helping deliver seamless HR support to a variety of clients. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps everything together.

You’ll be:

  • Creating contracts, offer letters and all things “new starter”
  • Keeping track of leavers, probations, references and right-to-work checks
  • Organising hearings, typing notes, sending letters and keeping cases watertight
  • Supporting everything from disciplinaries and grievances to maternity and absence management
  • Making sure nothing slips through the cracks (because you won’t let it)

It’s fast. It’s demanding. It’s varied. And if you love being busy, you’ll love it here.

What You’ll Need

Let’s be honest - this role isn’t for everyone. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Has laser-sharp attention to detail
  • Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Has admin experience (HR exposure is a bonus)

What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into

Alongside client work, you’ll also:

  • Support onboarding of new clients
  • Help deliver training sessions (organising materials, logistics etc.)
  • Assist with payroll prep and reporting
  • Keep systems updated (HRIS platforms, Clockify etc.)
  • Get involved in projects and process improvements
  • Help organise and set up our monthly networking event
  • Support with general office co-ordination, including organising birthday gifts for clients and the team

Basically… if it keeps the business running smoothly, you’ll have a hand in it.

The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here

You’ll fit right in if you are:

  • Proactive, positive and naturally organised
  • Someone who enjoys being busy (like, really busy)
  • A strong communicator with a professional approach
  • Resilient, adaptable and solution-focused
  • A team player with a great sense of humour

The Culture

We’re a fun, down-to-earth, hard-working team who take what we do seriously but not ourselves. Expect:

  • Remote Working two days a week
  • Free Parking
  • Team days out
  • Welcome Lunches
  • Birthday Celebrations/Christmas Fuddle
  • A team that genuinely enjoys working together
  • And the chance to learn a LOT, very quickly

Apply now and bring your organisation skills, energy, and personality with you.
