We are now looking to recruit an experienced Account Co-ordinator to:

  • Be responsible for all new and repeat business orders for your assigned customer accounts.
  • Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.

The Candidate:

  • Experience in providing excellent customer service support.
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience of MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in order to effectively manage our clients both in the UK and Internationally.
  • Good standard of English and Maths.
  • SAP is an advantage but not essential.
  • Trouble-shooting, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Goal-orientated.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • All aspects of customer account management.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate growth.
  • Updating customers on their order progress.
  • Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of orders through the system to final shipment.
  • Processing orders and transactions.
  • Provide proactive customer outreach.
  • Administrative tasks as requested.
