We are now looking to recruit an experienced Account Co-ordinator to:
- Be responsible for all new and repeat business orders for your assigned customer accounts.
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
The Candidate:
- Experience in providing excellent customer service support.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience of MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in order to effectively manage our clients both in the UK and Internationally.
- Good standard of English and Maths.
- SAP is an advantage but not essential.
- Trouble-shooting, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Goal-orientated.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- All aspects of customer account management.
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate growth.
- Updating customers on their order progress.
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of orders through the system to final shipment.
- Processing orders and transactions.
- Provide proactive customer outreach.
- Administrative tasks as requested.
