- Lead the delivery of Value for Money, ESG, Social Value, service improvement and fleet strategies, ensuring investment, transformation and operational activity deliver measurable financial, operational, customer and community outcomes
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders, Boards and Committees, oversee governance, compliance and assurance arrangements, lead environmental and sustainability programmes, including decarbonisation initiatives, and support the delivery of our Electric Vehicle roadmap.
- Be responsible for leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams, driving continuous improvement, enhancing organisational performance and ensuring resources are aligned to the Group’s strategic priorities, customer-focused values and commitment to sustainable growth.
