At Abri, we’re creating communities where people can thrive. Following our recent partnership with Octavia in London, it’s an exciting time for us as we grow our presence and invest in our services for customers. As part of this, we’re building our in-house Gas team in West London – giving you the chance to help shape something new and make a real difference from day one.
The role
We’re looking for customer-focused Gas Engineers to join our expanding team, covering West London and surrounding postcodes (W, NW, SW, SE, HA, TW, UB).
You’ll use your expertise to carry out servicing, repairs, and installations, delivering a high-quality, right first-time service that keeps our customers safe in their homes.
What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out gas servicing, repairs, and occasional installations
- Diagnosing faults and completing work efficiently to a high standard
- Putting customer safety first by working in line with Gas Safety and H&S regulations
- Providing a great customer experience every time – going the extra mile where you can
- Working closely with your team and supporting each other to deliver the best service
You’ll be the friendly face of Abri in our customers’ homes, so a positive, professional approach is key.
What you’ll need
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Domestic Heating
- Certificate in Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems (desirable)
- A proactive, motivated, and customer-first mindset
- Strong technical knowledge and a commitment to safe working
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to be part of our out-of-hours rota
What we offer
We’ll give you everything you need to do your job well, including:
- Company van (with fuel card), tablet and mobile
- Uniform and full PPE
Plus a great benefits package from day one, including:
- 28 days holiday + the opportunity to buy and sell holiday
- Generous pension scheme with contributions up to 10%
- Life assurance of 5x your annual salary
- Generous parental and family leave
- Health and wellbeing packages
This is an opportunity to be part of a new and growing team, where your input will really matter. If you take pride in your work, care about customers, and want to be part of something exciting, we’d love to hear from you.
