Moving into a new home should be an exciting time for customers and a key part of that is making sure the conveyancing process is as smooth as possible where they receive a customer experience second to none. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Resales Executive to join us on a permanent basis, based from our Eastleigh office, to oversee the customer journey from the start of a shared ownership sale right through to completion. You’ll be talking to customers and liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including solicitors, all with the goal of providing an outstanding customer experience.
We’re all about continuous improvement here at Abri so when you’re not ensuring legalcompliance across the process, you’ll be tasked with looking at data and key lessons learnt so we can continue to make the process even better for stakeholders and, most importantly, customers.
