- Assist the Building and Fire Safety Officer in ensuring compliance with all relevant building and fire safety legislation across residential properties. Support resident engagement and communication on safety matters, oversee building and fire safety projects to ensure quality standards are met, and carry out planned and reactive inspections to maintain safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
