We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a part time receptionist located in Tadcaster. The hours of work are Tuesday 8.00am to 1.00pm and Wednesday & Friday 8.00am to 6.15pm. There may be a very occasional requirement to work Saturday mornings, this is voluntary but will be paid at £16 per hour.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable and possess a good telephone manner. They will be responsible for a variety of reception and administrative duties including:
- Meeting and greeting
- Booking and managing appointments
- Conducting verbal questionnaires over the telephone
You will also be expected to be confident with email communication and systems (Office & Outlook). The rate of pay is £13 per hour with 5 weeks holiday (pro rata, plus bank holidays).
