We are recruiting on behalf of our established client for a General Office Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and used to tackling a number of tasks in a fast paced environment. A positive attitude and an eagerness to contribute to a hardworking team will serve you well.
Providing general administrative support to the entire team your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Accurately inputting data into internal systems and databases
- Booking accommodation and any travel requirements for site staff
- General office duties including filling and maintaining documentation
- Assisting with site employee accreditation
- Liaising with the operations manager regarding employee scheduling
- Preparing and compiling job files for upcoming projects
- Updating and maintaining internal spreadsheets
- Liaising with yard loaders to coordinate material and vehicle movement
- Liaising with Supervisors for job progress photos
- Managing and preparing trailer signs
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in an office-based environment preferable
- Ability to set personal deadlines and manage own workload
- Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and remain calm under pressure
Package and benefits:
- Salary £27,846 per annum
- 21 days holiday + 8 Statutory bank holidays (also gaining 1 extra day per year for every year of service)
