HPT Recruitment are working with a public sector organisation in Newcastle who are looking to add a Senior Surveyor to their team, who specialises in the commercial industry. They work across all sectors including mixed-use, residential, leisure, retail, industrial and offices.
The candidate coming in will be providing exceptional technical property advice on a range of complex property matters. Responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee complex property projects from inception to completion.
- Undertake acquisitions and disposals.
- Management of commercial property assets within the portfolio.
- Preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Mentoring junior members of staff.
- Experience within valuation.
The candidate coming in must be MRICS chartered and be willing to work as an all-round general practice surveyor. They must be able to work autonomously and as a team, have strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be extremely organised.
