We’re hiring a customer-focused, commercially-minded Showroom Manager to lead our HPS bathroom showroom in Ashford.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running all aspects of showroom operations
- Leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver excellent service
- Driving sales growth with trade and retail customers
- Owning local marketing, merchandising and display standards
- Supporting customers with layout and design advice
- Managing suppliers, stock levels, and performance KPIs
- Collaborating with trade installers and the wider site team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a bathroom, kitchen, interiors or design showroom
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and customer focus
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design
- CAD knowledge (Virtual Worlds or similar) is a plus
- Full UK driving license
